The Bodybuilding Workout

The Bodybuilding Workout

I’ve been putting hitting the gym for a few years now, but I didn’t really start seeing the mass, strength and size I wanted until the past year. The reason was that I wasn’t utilizing a true bodybuilding workout I was just moving weight. But this wasn’t my only error; I wasn’t utilizing my diet and supplementation correctly.

How to Utilize the Bodybuilding Workout

A year ago I met and started training with a competitive bodybuilder. During our first training session he told me a story about how when he started training 20 years ago somebody asked him this question; do you want to be a power lifter or a bodybuilder? This question pops up in my head every time I hit the gym. I slow my mind and body down now when I train. I make sure to make every movement precise and slow. I also hit every muscle from an array of different movements. Focusing on correct form and a variety of movements has developed my body quicker than anything I’ve tried before. I also cut down my cardio. I used to do about 45 to 60 minutes of cardio prior to lifting. Now I jump on the treadmill after weight training and simply walk on a steep incline for 20 minutes. I thought this would be a joke until I tried it. I was sweating like I had run for an hour.

The Bodybuilding Workout with Diet

Now that I had made my movements precise and varied, I learned I wasn’t eating correctly to maximize the bodybuilding workout. I was maximizing my protein intake, but my major flaw was not putting enough carbs into my body. This fatal flaw reduced the size and strength I was looking for. I started a diet with these components; steel cut oats, barley, brown rice, chicken breast, round steak, salmon, broccoli, green beans, and asparagus. It doesn’t sound like that varied of a diet, but with a little imagination you can do a lot.

Maximizing the Bodybuilding Workout with Supplementation

I know there is a lot of debate over the safety of synthetic anabolic steroids, but I would just rather not take the risk. Injecting myself with synthetic drugs and insulin just doesn’t seem like the answer for me. But, “test is king”, as the saying goes. I looked far and wide for a natural way to get my test levels up and my estrogen levels down. I found the key to both of these goals with LG Sciences Trifecta Stack. LG Sciences Methyl 1-D is the beginning of the stack. This potent prohormone has given me the strength and mass that I have been looking for along with full Post Cycle Therapy. After I run through the bottle of Methyl 1-D, I turn to LG Sciences Formadrol Extreme to make sure that my test levels don’t drop and I can control my estrogen. The last thing I want is to become soft and bloated from the effects of elevated estrogen levels when on a prohormone cycle. Once I put the bodybuilding workout with diet and supplementation, I have gone from 170lbs to 215. Not bad for a natural bodybuilder.
